Very nice rooms. Quiet in the evening. A couple of minor things like toilet seat not fasten down completely and shower head could of been better. Overall i would stay there again if i didn't have to pay a outdoor park fee of 150 (which i did not use).
In a handicapped accessible room, some things are good, because different handicaps have different needs, they can't be all things to all people. But I can say that the shower is great, good water pressure and plenty of hot water, easy to access. Kitchen not so much. no dishwasher. can't reach upper cabinets, but I am not cooking much, so it works.
Huge 1BR timeshare-style room. Yes, the rooms are dated, and the furniture near the end of its life. But, for the price, it was a good value, especially during the wine fest. Free shuttles to take you around the resort. No complaints.
This place was beautiful, the rooms were clean and even had a balcony! However my only complaint is that there didn’t seem to be any workers. The front desk is located in another building. They were super quick to send someone over when my key got locked in room which was great but you couldn’t find anyone to ask for things like coffee or extra towels and that was a little frustrating. But other than than that it was a beautiful place to stay and I would still stay again.
Building was nice, our rooms that were adjacent looked clean but when you looked at it closely it wasn't so clean. Example, trash can, covered with plastic but when you removed the plastic bag when full the can was dirty. The sofa was so old and worn out, we didn't want to sit on it. The place deserves a 5 star but they are letting it slip away. This place needs upgrading. Wall mounted flat screens instead of small TV in a cabinet should be installed.
Lovely place, the room was just perfect for a weekend stay. Had most amenities and was very comfortable. Service was also very good
The room was very clean everything was the way it said it was. The only down fall was the hot water to the spa tub was good at first but it took a long time for the water to heat back up to put more hot water in the spa. But other than that everything else was great. I'd book again.
We enjoyed our stay there, place was clean and spacious, my daughter's took advantage of the jacuzzi. My grandson liked the fireplace in the living area and enjoyed the views out our balcony.
